Like its predecessors, the marketing of Regen 2018 in Liverpool will have three distinct strategies – firstly to ensure that during the event our exhibitors are provided with significant sales and business development opportunities by getting to meet with as many buyers as possible; secondly to ensure our delegates and visitors are given the opportunity to meet with as many potential suppliers and partners as possible; and thirdly to maintain our position as one of the leading conferences and forums for the UK Regeneration Industry, bringing delegates together with policy experts, real-life case studies and industry leaders.
An extensive visitor and delegate promotion programme, including direct mail, media advertising, social media and press and public relations activities, will once again ensure a high level of awareness of the event among our targeted audience. Regular updates about the show as well as individual invitations will also be sent to our entire database.
We partner with the most relevant media. We also welcome new partners into our campaign if they benefit exhibitors and delegates alike.
We work closely with exhibitors to ensure that they derive maximum benefit from their participation. We invite them to supply us – before, during and after the event – news releases and product and service information that we can incorporate into our communications programme.
Additionally, we can provide exhibitors with a range of support services – from private meeting areas to personalised invitation letters – enabling them to highlight their participation to existing and potential clients.
A detailed breakdown of the visitor and delegate promotion programme – including all the planned media advertising – will be made available to exhibitors, enabling them to co-ordinate their own promotional campaigns with that of Regen 2018.
